Surmave Float

The one barge-town of the Drift that lives on Lake Surmave itself rather than on a river. Out on the open lake the Drowned Court's customs run strong: knotted cords tied to every bow and no swimming at night. Its Helm sits with the river Helms at the Helms' Moot at the Wenvorm mouth each spring.
