The Edge

The Edge is Maesra's Grove, on the eastern edge of the Greenwarden facing the Spine, and it is the Grove that kills. Maesra of the Edge, twenty-two, watches the Venei's Throat road and has killed six trespassers, each with one arrow, but twice she has let one live: a lost Aldmere child and a wounded Ember Pilgrim. Her naming bark is buried under the tree at the eastern edge.
