Kebidaan

The chief city of Zarvand's west, joined by road to Mazbaaran and, through Daalher, to Castavar's Cluvedo and Tinoda. Half its people starved or fled in the Long Drought of the Talodin (330–338). Grand Vizier Tartal-i Kebidaan was born here into a merchant family, and girls of Kebidaan are told "Tartal's Abacus," the tale of the merchant's daughter who out-counted the examiners. The city is a center of the Shadowed, whose two-fire temples keep one fire bright and one banked, and its Jaarzeb is one of them; Prince Faasheer has promised the Rahaasheem he will burn those temples when crowned. Pistachio orchards surround it.
