Ironvein

Ironvein is one of the nine holds of the Dunmorrow, a fortress-mine carved into its own mountain in the northern Spine and ruled by its own Thane. Its Thane sits with the others at the Deep Moot once a decade. Like the other holds it has argued with its neighbors constantly and fought none of them since the Kingdom Under the Spine fell in 555.
