Statha the Far-Seer

Bird-boned, white-braided, blind in both eyes and the only person on the Frostmarch who claims to see anything at all. Reads the weather, the entrails, and the Northern Lights, and is right often enough that no stelest sails against her word. Raised Selra after her mother died on the ice. Tattooed across her whole scalp with ravens, revealed when she unbinds her hair for a rite. Speaks in riddles by habit and plainly when it matters. Knows the Uusung's language, which no other Hrodvald does, and has been north of the ice. Will not say what she saw. Benevolent, uncanny, and entirely her own.
